This course provides hands-on training and the basic knowledge to safely handle, operate, and maintain most types of rifles. Students will learn zeroing procedures, marksmanship fundamentals, and positional shooting. Students will achieve the skills for success in a casual stress-free atmosphere.

Defensive Rifle 1

This course is for the person that is knowledgeable of rifle safety and is ready to learn how to shoot. Students will learn the safe use of their rifle, build their comfort level, performing reloads, clearing stoppages, maximize their shooting accuracy, and build a solid skill base with their rifle.

Duration: Eight hours

Firearm: Semi-automatic carbine rifle

Price: $220.00 per person

• 2 magazines minimum

• Dominant or strong side mounted holster

• A sturdy belt

• Magazine pouches

• Pants must have belt loops

Defensive Rifle 2

This course is designed for the student to will learn the safe use of their rifle, build their comfort level, performing reloads, clearing stoppages, maximize their shooting accuracy, build a solid skill base with their rifle, and students will transition from their rifle to their handgun.

Duration: Two eight hour days (sixteen hours)

Firearm: Semi-automatic carbine rifle

• Functional carbine rifle

• 3 magazines minimum

• Functional full size or compact pistol (no micro or pocket pistol allowed)

• 3 magazines minimum

• Dominant side mounted holster

• A sturdy belt

• Footwear suitable for rapid turning and moving

• Clothing suitable for the training weather conditions
